Q: How many stores can I install this on?A: Each license can be used on a single domain name. If you have more than one online store, you will need to purchase licenses for each.

Q: What versions of osCommerce does this work on?A: Dynamo Checkout works on osCommerce 2.2MS2 all the way up to the latest RC versions. It does not currently work on CRE Loaded or Zen Cart.
Q: What payment and shipping modules work in Dynamo Checkout?A: Dynamo Checkout is designed to automatically detect and use 90% of existing payment modules and 99% of the shipping modules available. Non-standard payment modules, namely the ones that take the customer away for payment, are being supported by request. Typically the payment modules that send the customer to another site before the order is processed are the ones that are currently unsupported, but we're adding support for new modules every week! If you're curious if your payment modules will work in this software, feel free to ask below!
Q: What is your policy regarding refunds?A: We will do whatever is necessary to make sure that you are satisfied with Dynamo Checkout, going so far as to completely re-develop payment modules to ensure a flawless checkout process. Because of this commitment towards quality and due to the nature of unencrypted source code not being "returnable," we do not offer refunds for this software.
Q: Does a coupon system come with the product?A: This product works similarly to the standard checkout in the sense that it doesn't come with those features built in, but instead integrates with your existing coupon contribution. Dynamo Checkout supports CCGV, CCGV(trad) and kgt Discount Coupons out of the box.
